Dr. Kalindi Gunawardane
Dr Kal is a fully qualified medical doctor with over 11 years of experience, including anaesthesia, and currently works as an NHS General Practitioner. This broad clinical background brings a strong foundation in patient care and a holistic, safety-first approach to aesthetics. Passionate about skin health and aesthetics, Dr Kal has completed advanced training with Harley Academy and Interface Aesthetics in skin rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, chemical peels and microneedling. Dr Kal is also pursuing the Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, the highest regulated UK qualification in medical aesthetics. Her career includes working as a Spa Manager at a 4★ Luxury Spa, where she developed a reputation for exceptional standards, attention to detail, and personalised client care. With advanced knowledge of skin health, product expertise and bespoke treatments, Paige has worked with renowned brands including ELEMIS and THALGO. Her experience allows her to create tailored treatment experiences focused on both outstanding results and ensuring every client feels comfortable, relaxed, and cared for. At Dr Kal’s Skin Clinic, Paige combines technical expertise, professionalism and a genuine passion for skin health, delivering personalised treatments designed to leave clients feeling confident, refreshed, and beautifully rejuvenated.
